On Wednesday 25th April, we took two teams of Year 3 & 4 and two teams of Year 5 & 6
children to Glenthorne High School to compete in the Key Steps Gymnastics Competition.
There were lots of other schools there and the competition was judged by Glenthorne pupils.
Before the event, we ran trials at lunchtimes and the selected children came for several
lunchtime and after-school practices. There was lots to learn! We are not very skilful in
Gymnastics and so had to rely on plenty of help and demonstrations from the very talented
Aleisha Reid - thank you!
On the day, all of the children performed brilliantly and were a credit to the school. Thanks also
to Mrs Seetaram and Mrs Rowe who came to help manage the teams.
